He was born in Adana - Turkey in 1960. In 1990, graduated from Istanbul University Faculty of Medicine Internal Medicine Specialist. Worked as an administrator and Internal Medicine Specialist in Dogan Hospital, between the years 1990-2015.

Established since 2005 in all branches of internal medicine at the medical center serves. Also in Turkey, for 20 years, he applied only in special counseling program engages in Family Medicine.
